FAQ

ELIXR1 by Healixer — FAQ

PRODUCT BASICS

Q: What is ELIXR1? A: ELIXR1 is a creatine + electrolyte supplement powder by Healixer. It combines 3g of Creatine Monohydrate with three essential electrolytes (magnesium, sodium, and potassium) in a single unflavored, unsweetened scoop. Just add it to any drink of your choice — water, juice, a smoothie, or your favorite pre-workout.

Q: What makes ELIXR1 different from other hydration or creatine products? A: Most products make you choose: creatine OR electrolytes. ELIXR1 combines both into one clean formula with only four active ingredients — no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no flavoring, and no fillers. You get daily creatine support and essential electrolyte replenishment in a single scoop, at a fraction of what you'd pay buying them separately.

Q: Why combine creatine and electrolytes in one product? A: Creatine draws water into your muscle cells, which increases your body's demand for electrolytes. Taking them together supports better creatine uptake, hydration, and muscle function — rather than addressing each need with a separate product.

Q: Is ELIXR1 a supplement or a food/beverage? A: ELIXR1 is classified as a dietary supplement by the FDA.

Q: Why is ELIXR1 unflavored? A: We kept ELIXR1 unflavored so you can add it to literally anything without changing the taste — water, protein shakes, juice, tea, or whatever you're already drinking. No artificial flavors, no sweeteners, no compromise.

INGREDIENTS & FORMULA

Q: What's in ELIXR1? A: Per 1-scoop (5g) serving:

  • Creatine Monohydrate — 3g
  • Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate) — 48mg (11% DV)
  • Sodium (as Himalayan Pink Salt & Sodium Citrate) — 347mg (15% DV)
  • Potassium (as Potassium Citrate) — 205mg (4% DV)

That's it. Four ingredients. Nothing else.

Q: Why Creatine Monohydrate specifically? A: Creatine Monohydrate is the most researched form of creatine in existence, backed by hundreds of peer-reviewed studies. It has consistently proven to be safe and effective for improving strength, power output, and muscle recovery. We chose it because the science is clear — there's no need to overcomplicate it.

Q: Why only 3g of creatine instead of 5g? A: 3g per scoop gives you flexibility. Research supports 3–5g daily for maintenance. With 1 scoop you get an effective maintenance dose; with 2 scoops (6g) you get a full performance dose or can use it during a loading phase. You control the amount based on your goals.

Q: Why did you choose these specific electrolyte forms (citrate, Himalayan pink salt)? A: We use highly bioavailable forms — Magnesium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, and a combination of Himalayan Pink Salt and Sodium Citrate — because they absorb efficiently and are easier on the stomach than cheaper alternatives like magnesium oxide or potassium chloride.

Q: Does ELIXR1 contain any sugar or artificial sweeteners? A: No. ELIXR1 contains zero sugar, zero artificial sweeteners, and zero calories from sweeteners. It's completely unsweetened.

Q: Does ELIXR1 contain any allergens? A: ELIXR1 is free from the major allergens: no dairy, gluten, soy, nuts, eggs, fish, or shellfish. Please check the product label for facility allergen statements.

Q: Is ELIXR1 Non-GMO? A: Yes. ELIXR1 is made with Non-GMO ingredients.

Q: Is ELIXR1 third-party tested? A: Yes. Every batch of ELIXR1 undergoes third-party testing to verify purity, potency, and label accuracy. We believe transparency isn't optional — it's the standard.

CREATINE SCIENCE

Q: What is creatine? A: Creatine is a naturally occurring compound found in your muscles and brain. Your body produces small amounts on its own, and you get some from foods like red meat and fish. Supplementing with creatine increases your body's stores of phosphocreatine, which helps produce ATP — the energy currency your cells use during high-intensity exercise.

Q: Is creatine safe? A: Yes. Creatine Monohydrate is one of the most extensively studied supplements in sports nutrition history. Research spanning over 30 years and hundreds of clinical trials consistently shows it is safe for healthy adults when used at recommended doses.

Q: Does creatine cause bloating or water retention? A: Creatine increases intracellular water content (water inside your muscle cells), which supports muscle hydration and performance. This is different from subcutaneous water retention (bloating under the skin). Most people do not experience noticeable bloating, especially with Creatine Monohydrate at a 3–5g daily dose. The electrolytes in ELIXR1 also help your body manage fluid balance more effectively.

Q: Do I need to do a "loading phase" with creatine? A: It's not required. Taking 3–5g daily will fully saturate your muscles within about 3–4 weeks. If you want to reach saturation faster, you can take 2 scoops (6g) daily for the first 5–7 days, then drop to 1 scoop for maintenance. Both approaches are effective.

Q: Does creatine only benefit athletes? A: No. While creatine is well-known for improving strength and exercise performance, emerging research also shows benefits for cognitive function, brain health, and healthy aging. It's a versatile supplement for anyone, not just gym-goers.

Q: Will creatine make me gain weight? A: Creatine may cause a small increase in body weight (typically 1–3 lbs) due to increased water content within your muscle cells. This is not fat gain — it's a sign that creatine is working and your muscles are better hydrated.

HYDRATION & ELECTROLYTES

Q: What are electrolytes and why do I need them? A: Electrolytes are minerals — like sodium, potassium, and magnesium — that carry electrical charges in your body. They regulate hydration, muscle contractions, nerve function, and pH balance. You lose electrolytes through sweat, exercise, illness, and everyday activities, and they need to be replenished.

Q: Why isn't water enough on its own? A: Water hydrates, but it doesn't replace the electrolytes you lose through sweat and daily metabolic processes. Without adequate electrolytes, your body can't absorb and retain water efficiently. That's why you can drink plenty of water and still feel dehydrated.

Q: How does ELIXR1 compare to sports drinks or other electrolyte mixes? A: Most sports drinks are loaded with sugar, artificial flavors, and dyes. Many electrolyte mixes focus only on hydration and don't include creatine. ELIXR1 gives you both creatine and electrolytes with zero sugar, zero flavoring, and zero unnecessary ingredients — in a single scoop.

USAGE & DIRECTIONS

Q: How do I use ELIXR1? A: Add 1 scoop (5g) to 8–16 oz of any liquid — water, a smoothie, juice, or your existing pre-workout. Stir or shake until dissolved. Since it's unflavored, it won't change the taste of your drink. We recommend taking 2 scoops to get you to a 6g daily creatine regimen and a more effective dosing of electrolytes for more active lifestyle.

Q: When should I take ELIXR1? A: Creatine timing is flexible — the most important thing is daily consistency. That said, popular times include first thing in the morning, before or after a workout, or mixed into a meal replacement or shake. Pick whatever time helps you stay consistent.

Q: Can I take 2 scoops per day? A: Yes. 2 scoops (10g) provides 6g of creatine and double the electrolytes. This is useful during a creatine loading phase, on heavy training days, or if you're a larger individual with higher needs.

Q: Can I mix ELIXR1 with hot drinks? A: Yes. Creatine Monohydrate is stable in hot liquids. You can add it to tea, or warm water without affecting its effectiveness. Because of the salty nature of electrolytes as we do provide it with Himalayan Seasalt as the base, we do not recommend adding it to coffee as it may alter the taste towards making it bitter.

Q: How long does one container last? A: Each container holds 75 servings at 1 scoop per day. That's 2.5 months of daily use — or about 37 days if you use 2 scoops daily.

Q: Does ELIXR1 clump or settle? A: Minimal clumping may occur, which is normal for an unflavored powder without anti-caking additives. Give it a good shake or stir and it dissolves quickly.

SAFETY & SPECIAL POPULATIONS

Q: Is ELIXR1 safe to take every day? A: Yes. Both creatine and electrolytes are safe for daily use at the doses provided. Consistency is actually key with creatine — daily use is how you maintain saturated muscle stores.

Q: Can I take ELIXR1 if I'm pregnant or nursing? A: We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before taking any supplement while pregnant or nursing.

Q: Is ELIXR1 safe for teenagers? A: Creatine Monohydrate has been studied in adolescent populations and is generally considered safe. However, we recommend consulting a healthcare provider for anyone under 18.

Q: Can I take ELIXR1 with other supplements or medications? A: ELIXR1 contains straightforward, well-studied ingredients that are generally compatible with other supplements. If you're on medication — especially for blood pressure, kidney conditions, or heart health — consult your doctor, as electrolyte and creatine intake may be relevant to your care.

Q: Does creatine affect your kidneys? A: In healthy individuals, research consistently shows that creatine at recommended doses does not harm kidney function. If you have a pre-existing kidney condition, consult your healthcare provider before use.

Q: How should I store ELIXR1? A: Store in a cool, dry place with the lid sealed. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or humidity, which can cause clumping.

Q: How long does ELIXR1 stay fresh? A: ELIXR1 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored properly. Once opened, use within 12 months for best quality. Check the label for the specific expiration date.
