Healixer ships all orders from the United States.

 

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates:

• Foundation (1 unit): Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
• - Consistency (2 units) and Discipline (3 units): Free standard shipping.
• - Subscription orders: Free shipping on all deliveries.

Delivery Times:

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
• - Expedited shipping (if available at checkout): 2-3 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Healixer is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If your package has not arrived within 14 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at support@healixer.co and we will work with the carrier to locate your order or issue a replacement.
