Subscription Cancellation Policy

 

You may cancel your Healixer subscription at any time. There are no contracts, commitments, or cancellation fees.

 

How to Cancel:

• Log in to your account at healixer.co and manage your subscription from the Account page.
• - Or email support@healixer.co with your order number and we will cancel within 1 business day.

Cancellation Timing:

• Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment date to avoid being charged for the next delivery.
• - If a shipment has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it under our 30-day refund policy.

Pausing Your Subscription:

If you need to skip a delivery rather than cancel entirely, contact support@healixer.co and we can pause or adjust your delivery schedule.

 

Refunds for Subscription Orders:

Subscription shipments are eligible for the same 30-day performance guarantee as one-time purchases. Contact support@healixer.co to initiate a return.
