At Healixer, we stand behind the quality of ELIXR1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. No questionnaire. No hassle.

 

To initiate a return, contact us at support@healixer.co with your order number. We will provide return shipping instructions within 1 business day.

 

Refund Conditions:

• Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• - Products may be opened or unopened.
• - Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
• - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping.

 

Subscription Orders:

Subscription orders may be cancelled at any time before the next shipment date. Refunds for subscription shipments follow the same 30-day policy above. To cancel a subscription, visit your account page or email support@healixer.co.
