We stand behind ELIXR1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. No questionnaire. No fine print.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Both opened and unopened products are eligible
- Applies to all ELIXR1 purchases (Foundation, Consistency, and Discipline bundles)
- No questionnaire or reason required
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email support@healixer.co with your order number and the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Send the product back using the provided instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund Processed: Once we receive and verify the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection
- Healixer is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact support@healixer.co within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
We will ship a replacement at no charge, including free shipping. You will not need to return the damaged item unless specifically requested.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the return
- Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different bundle size, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
Exceptions
Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
