Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
Auto-Renewal Disclosure: When you purchase a subscription to ELXR1, you are enrolling in an automatic renewal plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price, and your designated payment method will be charged automatically, until you cancel. By subscribing, you expressly acknowledge and agree to these recurring charges.
Subscription Plans: We currently offer the following subscription frequencies: Monthly, Every 2 Months, and Every 3 Months. Each plan includes free standard shipping within the United States. Subscription pricing, frequency options, and included benefits (such as free shipping) are subject to change. We will notify you of any pricing changes at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the updated price.
Billing and Payment: Your payment method will be charged on the date of your initial order and will recur on approximately the same date of each subsequent billing cycle according to your selected frequency. All subscription charges are processed in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and accurate. If your payment method is declined, we may attempt to process the charge again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription.
How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@healixer.co with the subject line “Cancel Subscription” and your order number, or by managing your subscription through your Shopify customer account. Cancellation requests must be received at least forty-eight (48) hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive any shipments already paid for, but no further charges will be applied. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current paid billing period — no partial-period refunds will be issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
Modifying Your Subscription: You may change your subscription frequency (for example, from Monthly to Every 3 Months), skip an upcoming shipment, or update your shipping address or payment method by contacting support@healixer.co or through your customer account. Changes must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours before your next billing date to take effect for the upcoming cycle.
Refunds on Subscription Orders: Subscription orders are subject to the same 30-Day Performance Guarantee described in our Refund Policy. If you are unsatisfied with a shipment, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery by contacting support@healixer.co. Refund eligibility applies to individual shipments, not to the subscription agreement as a whole.
Reactivation: If your subscription is canceled or suspended, you may reactivate it at any time by placing a new subscription order through our website. Reactivated subscriptions will be subject to the pricing and terms in effect at the time of reactivation.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases are single transactions and do not involve recurring billing. One-time orders are subject to applicable shipping fees as displayed at checkout. One-time purchases are covered by the same 30-Day Performance Guarantee described in our Refund Policy.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice for one-time purchases and with thirty (30) days’ notice for active subscriptions. We also reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary. Active subscriptions include free standard shipping within the United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
